Conway Design System
Good design systems outlive the projects they were built for. After delivering the ILGM platform, I stripped the UI components back to their essence and rebuilt them as a white-label foundation ready for the next client.

Every project at Conway & Co starts from scratch unless there is something worth reusing. After ILGM, there was. The component set was solid, the logic was proven, and the patterns were transferable.
I rebuilt the components as white-label versions: stripped of brand, documented clearly, and structured to adapt quickly to a new visual identity. The system lives in Figma as a component library, with matching documentation in Notion and a synced sales deck to show prospective clients what is possible before a brief is even written.

The goal was efficiency without compromising quality. New projects start further ahead.
Conway & co
At Conway & Co I worked as Digital Experience Strategist and Delivery Lead, responsible for both the thinking and the doing. The main case is ILGM: a full end-to-end rebuild that took a successful seed business and gave it the digital infrastructure to grow into something bigger.
