DXP Snapshots
Most audits end up in a drawer. DXP Snapshots were designed to travel: sharp, public analyses of how mid-sized e-commerce brands are actually performing, shared on LinkedIn and Substack.

Conway & Co's expertise is in digital experience strategy. DXP Snapshots were a way to make that expertise visible, and to stay sharp by regularly stress-testing real platforms against what actually drives growth.
Each snapshot analyses a brand across three lenses: strategy (the content, commerce and community flywheel), tactics (impact on conversion, NPS and retention), and shopping experience (the buying, service and return journey). The format is consistent enough to be recognisable, specific enough to be useful.
The series runs in three-week loops. Findings go to LinkedIn as a short-form post, with the full read on Substack.

At Conway & Co I worked as Digital Experience Strategist and Delivery Lead, responsible for both the thinking and the doing. The main case is ILGM: a full end-to-end rebuild that took a successful seed business and gave it the digital infrastructure to grow into something bigger.
